A whole day before the party. Picked up the next morning after the party.He made sure everything was going well during use by calling. I can not express how pleased we are with the services and the display of Darrell. Thank You Bounce Around. We will recommend you and will use you again this summer.
Reed Mokiao14. February, 2022.Love Darrell such an amazing guy, he was on time set up was fast and he was very friendly Feb.12 we rented the sonic bouncy house for my sons birthday party. Ran into a little complication with the party being at 3pm the bouncy house had to be picked up at 5:30pm but I love how Darrell was trusting and just suggested to leave the rental overnight with no charge very great and amazing company can’t wait until June we will definitely be calling back!!! Much love from us, you definitely have our support!!

They have an incredible selection, very fair pricing for what you’re getting and are very accommodating on times. We actually ended up getting the rental a little early and weren’t asked for extra. Darrel was so quick to get everything set up, provided great, easy instructions and the party was on! Clean up and break down was easy and quick, much to my little guys’ chagrin. They wanted to keep it forever. Couldn’t be happier and maybe the best $$ I’ve ever spent. Be sure to give Bounce Around a try for your next event- you’ll be so glad you did!!! Updating to gush a little more about Bounce Around - we had such a wonderful experience working with Darrell and his sweet family in July that we called them up again to help celebrate our boys' birthdays. When you have 3 bdays in one week, you gotta go big and Bounce Around delivered big time. Again, we ended up getting the rental a little early and weren't asked for extra - our guys were THRILLED to have all the extra jumps and slides in the mega monster truck bouncer. Again, super easy communication and rental process. Couldn't be happier! Give Bounce Around a call for your next event - you'll be so happy you did.

Communication was A++ Customer Service A++,Delivery/Pickup I think you get it! Mr.Brown is a Extremely Professional and Outgoing Gentleman! Great with kids as well! The Bounce House looked practically brand new, and the kids loved it! If I could rate more than 5 stars I definitely would! Definitely takes care of his Units, there were no holes or any stains whatsoever and his prices are great for the service he offers!

He showed up the day before to set it up at no extra charge to make sure it was good to go without having any issues the day of. The slide was put down on a tarp, tied down securely, and sanitized. The kids had a great time. Definitely very happy with the whole experience. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking to rent an inflatable.

They saved the day for sure! Highly recommend; he did complete set up, cleaned and sanitized inflatable slip and slide, and it was sooo hot outside... Thanks again for makin his day more special.
